Welcome to Self In Mind
Psychology
My practice is informed by a relational framework, which emphasises the importance of authentic connection, mutual respect, and the therapeutic relationship as a central vehicle for change. I believe that healing occurs within the context of safe, attuned relationships, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
With extensive experience supporting individuals whose earlier in life experiences continue to have an impact, I prioritise safety, trust, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship.
